This is the internet home of EAA Chapter One, the first chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association.  We are located at the sport aviation capital of the world, Flabob Airport (RIR), Riverside, California.

If you are interested in becoming a member of EAA Chapter One, click the Join Us! link on the right.   You don't have to live locally to enjoy Chapter membership.  All members receive an official EAA Chapter One membership card and a subscription to our month newsletter WingNut.  Our fun monthly Mystery Meat Bar-B-Que's and membership meetings are open to all who may fly in, drive in and walk in.  All this for only $12 per year.  Join what we feel is the greatest chapter in the world--EAA Chapter One! 

Our Rich History

EAA Chapter One was established in 1953.  We are the largest EAA Chapter in the world and growing daily.  Flabob and EAA Chapter One boast a rich history in homebuilding and experimental aircraft.  Our Founder, Ray Stits, and charter member, Clayton Stephens, still participate regularly in Chapter functions.  Follow our History link to learn more about us.
